The mission of Infinitas Real Estate Network, LLC is to provide our Realtor® and Mortgage Lender partners with “MLS real estate services.” Our motto, “Its all about the Leads!” speaks to the way we accomplish this mission.
The Infinitas Management team has over 140 years of combined experience in the fields of Real Estate Sales, Mortgage Lending, and Technology Development. Through our proprietary relationship with Xtensible Technology, Inc we are able to provide cutting edge internet tools that will help you Generate, Capture, Close.
Planning an Internet strategy is a complex task. Through the MLSpulse™ system both Realtors® and Lenders will be successful at Lead Generation; Lead Capture; Lead Incubation:
- Generation – The first step is to have an on-line presence that can be found by every individual interested in buying a home. Your site is “optimized” such that it will be found by the search engines (Google, Bing, etc) when a user types in specific keywords.
- Capture – Once your site is found by the consumer, you must provide the tools and information that will surpass the expectations of the visitor, i.e. they will have no desire to look anywhere else. At this point, the Consumer will provide their contact information to receive the expert information you can provide.
- Incubation – Typically MLSpulse™ leads will incubate for a number of months prior to requiring the services of a Realtor and/or Lender. During this period MLSpulse™ will provide these Leads with MLS data, your brand information and your marketing messages. When the consumer is ready to purchase, the relationship will have been established by the Realtor and/or Loan Officer.
The internet is a powerful tool that has a place in any institutions Strategic Plan and can be very effective, if used correctly.
